    • Abstract:
The article focuses on the proposed utilization of geoengineering to prevent and address the negative impact of climate change. Initially, British politicians have rejected the notions underlying geoengineering. However, as the effects of carbon mitigation seemed to fall short, politicians and scientists have agreed to consider geoengineering. The concept of geoengineering ranges from low-technology to science-fiction. Experts even claim that geoengineering efforts can turn out to be cheap.
