      The article reports that Siemens VAI was chosen by Wuhan Iron & Steel Corp. to build its new continuous annealing line (CAL) and auxiliary equipment for a third coupled tandem pickling line (PLTCM) at its plant in Wuhan, China in 2009. It mentions that CAL will start up in the end of the year and the PLTCM will be delivered by mid of the year. It states that CAL will have a processing capacity of 800,000 metric tons/year and while the furnace segment will be supplied by another contractor.
