      The article reports on the termination of the plan of bookseller Barnes & Noble Inc. to rent a space for its store in Spokane, Washington in 2009. Developers which include Riverstone Center West LLC, Riverstone Center East LLC and Riverstone Center LLC criticized the decision of the company to cancel the lease because it will cause problems on the lease agreements with other tenants. The bookseller explained that cancellation of the plan is part of its initiative in protecting its business.
