      The article reports on the plan of PepsiCo. Inc. to spend about $3 billion for its food and beverage businesses in Mexico. Reportedly, the company has planned to spend $2 billion on manufacturing, marketing and research and development (R&D) for its food businesses, while $1 billion would be spent for the fund marketing and advertising initiatives of its beverage business. Its focus was on the food and beverage brands Sabritas and Gamesa, which were considered as the key to successful expansion.
