    • Abstract:
      The author reflects on several reviewed medical research. He points out chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis is common among patients with chronic fatigue and that measuring thyroid autoantibodies in the blood will fail to detect thyroiditis in half of these individuals. He emphasized that Atkins diet can induce a state of ketosis, but has fewer restrictions on calories and protein. He added that nucleotides are important for growth, repair, and differentiation of the gastrointestinal tract.
