Chapter III of Part III of the book "Life of Luther" is presented. It relates the Diet held at Augsburg, Germany before Cardinal Thomas Vio of Gäeta, known as Caietan, which the Papal legate attended to resolve the dispute that struck within the Christendom. The article also highlights the Caietan's action to use force for church reformer Martin Luther to retract his newly found belief.
