The article suggests several healthy foods for teenagers for them to get a faster metabolism and will not feel hungry all day. For breakfast eat a high-fiber, low-sugar cereal with berries and drink a glass of low-fat milk. For midday snack, try triscuits with low-fat cheese and vegetables with low-fat ranch dip. Have honey ham with lettuce and tomato on rye bread, sunchips and Diet Coke fro lunch.
