      The article relates the adoption of specialized training on claims processing at Erie Insurance. It has developed learning paths to educate its claims employees and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) including classroom modules, online courses and support, on-the-job observations, hardcopy materials and pictorials, phased-in claim, and online discussions and surveys. Each new employee is assigned to a peer mentor for the training who will track his progress on learning paths. One of the challenges faced during the training is time constraints.
