      Construction, Investigation, and Application of Mathematical Models for Tensile Properties of Industrial Polyester Woven Fabrics. (English)
    • Abstract:
      Tensile properties, namely breaking force, elongation at break, and elongation at the fixed level of force (200 N), are studied for different structures of industrial polyester (PES) woven fabrics. Some mathematical models on the ground of the regression procedure are proposed. The models reflect the relationships among several parameters of fabric setting at weaving loom and the above-mentioned tensile properties. The properties of the suggested models, as well as the possibilities of application are discussed. The comparison of the forecasted tensile properties with the experimental tensile results shows sufficient correlation for the examined PES woven fabrics. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

      Im Artikel wird eingegangen auf die Zugeigenschaften, nämlich Bruchkraft, Bruchdehnung und Dehnung bei bestimmtem Niveau der Wirkungskraft (200 N) für unterschiedliche Strukturen industrieller PES-Gewebe. Einige, auf dem Regressionsverfahren au (bauende mathematische Modelle, sind vorgeschlagen worden. Diese Modelle widerspiegeln das Verhältnis zwischen einigen Parametern der Gewebeeinstellung auf der Webmaschine und den oben genannten Zugeigenschaften. Die Eigenschaften der vorgeschlagenen Modelle, sowie die Möglichkeilen der Anwendung sind besprochen worden. Die Gegenüberstellung der durch das Modell vorausgesagten Zugeigenschaften und der experimentell ermittelten Zugeigenschalten verweist auf ein hohes Übereinstimmungsniveau der untersuchten PHS-Gewebe.       Istraživana su vlačna svojstva, odnosno prekidne sile. prekidao istezanje te istezanje pri djelovanju određene veličine sile (200 N). kako hi se ispitale različite strukture poliesterskih tkanina za industrijsku primjenu. Predloženi su i neki matematički modeli, temeljeni na postupku regresije. Ti modeli odražavaju odnos između nekoliko zadanih parametara konstrukcije tkanine na tkalačkom stroju i spomenutih vlačnih svojstava. U radu su prikazana svojstva predloženih modela i mogućnosti njihove primjene. Kod ispitivanja PES-tkanina usporedba vlačnih svojstava predviđenih modelom i onih dobivenih eksperimentalno ukazuje na dovoljno dobru podudarnost rezultata. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
