    • Abstract:
The cost of health care has both employees and employers concerned about the future of health insurance coverage and the health care system in the United States. Health care employers and health care workers are no exception. The purpose of this article is to describe the development, implementation, and evaluation of a worksite health promotion program of a large hospital system in Indiana that was able to slow the costs of health in Indiana. A number of implications for health educators are presented. The strategies used in developing this program are ones that could be duplicated elsewhere. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
