      The article reports that a six-year, $153 million contract has been awarded by the Australian Department of Defence to Telstra Corp. for telecommunication services. Telstra's parliamentary secretary for defense procurement, Greg Combet, said that the contract means company will provide cellular telephones and fixed-line voice, fixed-line data and broadband services to agency personnel. Telstra unit Kaz Group Pty. has also been awarded a $21.6 million contract the Australian Customs Service in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory.
