      The article reports on a study that the combination of loteprednol etabonate/tobramycin produce lower levels of steroid-induced intraocular pressure (IOP) rise compared to dexamethasone/tobramycin combination. According to Edward J. Holland, director of cornea at the Cincinnati Eye Institute, loteprednol is an excellent choice because of its efficacy as a good anti-inflammatory medication.
