Looking Back: Photographs of Taiwan in the 1960s.

In this article, the author describes some of the photographs of Taiwan she captured in the 1960s. The author looks back at the history of each photograph. She explores the social conditions in Taiwanese cities through the photographs. In addition, the author features brick farm houses and puppet theaters as extremes of rural architecture in the country.
