      The author reflects on the issue of potential federal offense in accessing a link in the Internet in the U.S. He cited the case of Roderick Vosburgh, a doctoral student and a professor at La Salle University who was found guilty of trying to access a link that is founded by the FBI to catch pedophiles. He adds that due to the case an open Wi-Fi access is not advisable.
