      The article discusses the importance of addressing health issues in achieving the Millennium Goals (MDG) in Africa. Developing the right-to-health perspective which includes access to health care, awareness on the effect of malaria and poverty has significant contribution in addressing the issues. Human rights and health workers should also work together to strengthen diseases prevention and treatment.
