      The article reports on the unanimous vote made by the City Council in Yonkers, New York to accept a revised draft environmental impact statement from Struever Fidelco Cappelli LLC for the partnership's proposed $3.1 billion mixed-use redevelopment project. Mayor Philip Amicone, his staff and the private development partners were frustrated by the protracted review and inaction. The first public hearing for the proposed project is scheduled in the middle of April 2008.
