- Abstract:
The article focuses on the effect of the placement of nuclear powered-listening post at Nanda Devil and Nanda Knot by the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to eavesdrop on Chinese missile tests. Such scheme leads for the loss of four pounds of the contained plutonium from the set strategy. Further, it reveals the aid provided by the radioisotopic thermal generator (RTG) which has bimetallic circuits as replacement from risk caused plutonium to nuclear powered-listening post.
