The article reports on the first Virtual College Fair held in the virtual environment of Teen Second Life. It notes that teenagers were afforded the opportunity to meet with representatives from a variety of colleges and universities including Penn State, the University of Kentucky, and San Jose State. The event also included speakers representing various employers discussing the ways skills used in Teen Second Life translate to careers in technology.
