Abstract:
「優生法」としての優生保護法を検証する。「公共の福祉」の名のもとに、戦後民主主義社会において48年間、優生思想を体現した法律が存在していた。「生まれては困る子ども」を産ませず、「子どもを持ってはいけない人」を峻別した優生保護法の歴史を解読する。
