      The article focuses on nutritional content of juices sold in the market. Juices that are fortified with a vitamins and minerals would not hurt but they are not as complete as a multivitamin. It is better to get fiber from whole grains, fruits and vegetables rather than form juices such as the Sunsweet PlumSmart Plum Juice Extra with Fiber. It is suggested that juices with glucosamine claims on its labels be ignored.
