      The article discusses concerns on school children's health and nutrition. It discusses what a body mass index (BMI) is for parents to be conscious about the nutritional contents the snacks they give to their children contains. BMI is a measure of someone's weight according to his or her height. It states that a healthy BMI falls between the 5th and the 80th percentile. According to doctors, 16 to 33 percent of U.S. adolescents are overweight and that obesity can lead to diabetes and other heart problems.
