The article focuses on the achievements of several fraternities and sororities in the U.S. The Alpha Kappa Sorority Inc. will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2008 with a series of tributes. Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. provided 35 water wells in villages in Ghana that did not have access to clean water. Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. has pledged to raise more than $500,000 for Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
