    • Abstract:
The article presents animal genetics research into the R-spondin (RSPO) genes and chromosomal assignment in horse by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) analyses. RSPOs represent a family of ligands that interact with Fzd/LRP receptor complexes and induce the activation of B-catenin T-cell factor (TCF) genes in varying species.
