      The article reports on the challenges faced by information technology (IT) managers regarding network security against student misbehaviors in the U.S. IT managers at Collinsville Community Unit School District 10 in Illinois are discovering that students in K-12 classrooms connect via the state-run network to the Internet. Although the district updates its list of blocked sites every hour, the most tech-savvy kids, using desktop computers and other devices, successfully find ways by logging onto specialized servers. According to Mike Kunz, the Illinois school district's network manager, high school students find ways to go around the firewall and access restricted Web sites.
