      The article presents the second part of a study on the management of medication in clinical practice algorithms to lower down risk of falling among elderly. According to the authors, intrinsic factors such as comorbidities and functional status, as well as extrinsic factors like the environment in fall risk should be taken into consideration in fall risk assessment and interventions. These factors are needed to effectively address fall prevention and management.
