    • Abstract:
The article discusses about the significance of Economics in the field of Land-use Law. Governments differ on their implementation of the land-use law, depending on their constitution. A country's economic situation is a determinant of the extent of the law, such as in the rate given posed to investors and developers for occupying a land, taxes for homeowners development rights, and the sometimes conflicting analysis of economists and lawyers specially when justice is to be considered when implementing the land-use law.
