      The article reports the results of a study on the behavior of depressed military veterans in the U.S. The study found out that those suffering from post traumatic stress disorders are more prone to kill themselves. It also suggests that younger men may also suffer a higher suicide risk. The results were published in the "American Journal of Public Health. A separate research also indicated that other major risk factors for suicide include drug or alcohol abuse and psychiatric hospitalization within the past year.
