      The article focuses on the full agenda of the American Public Health Association's (APHA) Governing Council. The Governing Council will be addressing its agenda of business during APHA's 135th Annual Meeting in November 2007 in Washington, D.C. The council, made up of elected officials from APHA's member groups, will conduct a business session on November 3, 2007 which will include a candidates' forum, featuring APHA members running for the Association's highest offices. Also during the Governing Council sessions, APHA's Constitution and By-Laws Committee is expected to present a proposal to the council to merge APHA's Constitution and By-Laws into a single document.
