The case for backup technology.

The article focuses on the importance of virtual backup technology in the U.S. Information technology (IT) administrators assert that protection of the virtual machine is very necessary for the operating system, configuration and settings. Several virtual servers backup options including traditional agent-based backup software, serverless or consolidated backup and snapshotting or cloning the virtual machines are also discussed. The author asserts that VMware Consolidated Backup (VCB) and agent-based backup is the most commonly used by the computer users.
