      Information for visitors to Peru is presented. While it is about the same size as Machu Picchu, the Incan city of Choquequirao receives 1 percent of the visitors. Peru is building infrastructure to allow for mass tourism, but right now the only way to see this site is on a five-day hike through the Andes. A package tour that costs $1,649 includes air travel from Miami, Florida to Cuzco, two nights in Cuzco and a five-day hike with guides, meals and pack mules.
