On the Relevance of Sociology in Society. (English)

This article presents the author's comments on the social relevance of sociology. According to the author, social relevance is a concept with a value. The author holds that the debate over social relevance can have long carrying consequences on science and social development. It is viewed that sociology has to keep up its role in questioning obviously clear social developments like the demands of research in social relevance, and in doing so, sociology is the most relevant to society.
