      The article presents information the U.S. dollars-denominated bonds issued by ING on June 8, 2007. The bond is valued at $2 billion lower tier two capital Eurodollar and is guaranteed by ING Bank NV. The transaction is the borrower's third one after coming out of its closed period which resulted to 4 billion euros in funding. The transaction stands as one of the largest U.S. dollar 10 year non-call five lower tier two transactions.
