- Abstract:
The article discusses various media for storing edible wild plants during winter. Several natural preservatives for storing wild plants are presented, such as salt, honey, sugar, vinegar, alcohol and citrus juice. Factors to consider in choosing a storage medium are discussed. Guidelines for drying, pickling and freezing wild plants are presented. Recommended storage medium for various wild plants are also presented.
