Isolated phlebectasia of the forearm.

Isolated forearm phlebectasia is noted for its extreme rarity. It may present as a painless cosmetic deformity or may cause pain, decreased range of movement, compression on adjacent structures, bleeding, thrombosis and consumptive coagulopathy.
