      The article profiles the professional career of Coach Wei, chairman and chief technology officer of Nexaweb Technologies Inc. in the U.S. He is a pioneer of Internet applications, Asynchronous JavaScript and Extendible Mark-up Language (XML) (AJAX) and Enterprise Web 20. He holds five patents, and his writings on Java, service-oriented architecture, Web 2.0 and entrepreneurship have been featured in more than 50 publications. Moreover, Wei is a member of the OpenAjax Alliance steering committee, a lead of the Apache Experimental Aerial Platforms (XAP) project at the Apache Software Foundation.
