The article profiles Jason Lish, senior information technology security manager of Honeywell Aerospace. He started his career at age 39 in the U.S. Air Force as a telecommunications specialist. In 1999, he was recognized as Communications and Information Professional of the Year by secretary of Department of Defence. In 2007, he initiated a project which implement security controls into the software delivery life cycle to lessen vulnerabilities introduced into production applications. According to him, the best thing about technology is that information enabling people to do things faster and better which is almost an extension of their mind.
