The article discusses the Professional Golfers' Association (PGA) Tour's policies on drug testing in 2007. Particular attention is given to performance enhancing drugs on the PGA Tour, the opinions of Commissioner Tim Finchem, as well as probable drug testing policies in the future. The author argues why laws and legislation are necessary, discusses the Major League Baseball steroid scandal, and reports on the PGA's decision to rely on the character of the players and the purity of the game.
