A Funny Thing Happened On the Way to Certification.

The author describes her personal experience in attending a CCSP training certification in the U.S. The first day of classes was not a great start for her considering that she is the only woman, so she thought about how to set a better course for the rest of the week. She got things rolling by poking playful fun at the instructor. After that day, students started to come to class in jovial moods and fostered camaraderie.
