      The article reports on the criticism of members of a U.S. House subcommittee to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) chief information officer (CIO) Scott Charbo for a lack of leadership on information security issues in the country. Charbo refuted the charges against him and asserted that the criticism of agency's security capabilities was based on outdated information which neglected some improvements. According to him that he is confident about DHS's information security program and they have made measurable improvements in terms of management.
