      An interview with William Patry, senior copyright counsel for Google and author of copyright treatises is presented. When asked about the chances that the treatise will be included in Google Book Search, he says that he is working on ensuring the inclusion of the treatise in the Google Book Search. He relates that the litigation process of the Google Book Search litigation is in the discovery phase. He believes that the duration of copyright is too long, from a policy standpoint.
