    • Abstract:
The article reports on the argument between Sprint Nextel Corp. and 41 school districts and non-profit organizations concerning the Educational Broadband Service (EBS) license and the creation of Web site blogs in the U.S. It states that Sprint Nextel has proposed to the Federal Communications Commission to stop accommodating the EBS licenses of 41 school districts and non-profit organizations if they fail to apply before their expiration. The schools and organizations believe that the company plans to acquire the expired licenses and use them for its own benefit. On the other hand, the creation of Web blogs that annoys users is discussed.
