The article reports that popular Philippine television host and actress Kris Aquino gave birth to a boy in April 2007. Aquino gave birth via Caesarian section at the Makati Medical Center in Makati City. She is naming the boy James, after his father, Philippine basketball player James Yap. Prior to giving birth, Aquino was hospitalized when she was seven months pregnant after experiencing repeated contraction that threatened her pregnancy.
