      The article focuses on the comprehensive new guidelines from the American Heart Association Inc. in the U.S. which encourage women to get aggressive in preventing heart disease. Among the key recommendations mentioned in the guidelines include doing a 30 minute exercise in most days of the week, taking low dose of aspirin to prevent stroke after age 65, and eating a diet high in fruits and vegetables, whole grain and high-fiber foods daily, and oily fish twice a week.
