      The article reports on the proposal of the Royal Medico-Psychological Association to establish a Hospital Advisory Service in Great Britain. The proposal was developed to contain a system of hospital inspection which will help enhance the awareness of staff as well as the hospital management towards the standards and best practices in hospitals. The Association has submitted statements and asked for considerations concerning the governing status of the Hospital Advisory Service as well as discusses its various functions.
