    • Abstract:
      The article focuses on topics related to the support given to nurses' licensure attainment. Various programs were designed to retain and attain new graduate nurses in the U.S. However, opportunities to support new nurses were limited. Furthermore, the leadership team from three medical-surgical units from West Virginia University Hospitals facilitated a unique board review for nurses to address the problem.
