      This article offers suggestions for ophthalmologist meant to help them in their search for finding good employees for the sake of their practice. The article makes specific reference to the views of James Rienzo, an eye-care business adviser with Allergan Inc. In a recently held presentation, Rienzo explained the methodical approach to the hiring process. According to him, an ophthalmologist should think of his needs, his rationale for hiring someone and the way he could find good people.
