    • Abstract:
The article reports on the sleep aid options that are available to consumers and the possible side effects that are related to them. Although becoming addicted to the aids is unlikely, side effects like daytime drowsiness, dizziness, diarrhea, headache, and even sleep trouble (if you quit taking some pills) aren't uncommon.Consumers who are tempted to try a sleep aid are advised talk to a doctor to rule out an underlying problem like sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, or depression.
