- Abstract:
The article presents science news published in the past issues of the "Nature" periodical. In the March 9, 1957 issue, it was reported that there is a need for the accumulation of more skeletal remains of the Neanderthal man to prove that he represents a separate species, Homo neanderthalensis. In the March 7, 1907 issue, Frederick Soddy suggests the withdrawal of his published studies about the mulitple charge carried by the alpha particle, in light of his failure to repeat the experiments.
