      The article focuses on the leading business development of China on recovered paper between January and November 2006 in the U.S. According to the Department of Commerce, the country has consumed 18.5 percent more recovered paper than in the same period in 2005. In fact, it has consumed 8.2 million metric tons in this period. Old corrugated containers is considered to be the second largest category of recovered paper exported from the U.S.
