      The article focuses on the life and works of Dominican Sr. Carol Davis. She has a ministry in counseling and leads retreat groups for sexual abuse survivors. Like other people who seek help for what they have experienced, Davis has been a victim of sexual abuse from her biological father. She also encountered difficulty in dealing with her personal trouble, until such time that she came to realize that the event strengthen her relationship with God and it became a big part in her ministry.
